Taproom Server

Peat’s Original Cider is looking for a friendly and energetic Taproom Server to join our unique team. We're a retro bowling alley that combines the fun of league nights and casual games with the sophisticated enjoyment of premium local hard ciders. If you thrive in a lively atmosphere and love providing excellent customer service, this is the place for you. You'll be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they enjoy our ciders and the classic bowling alley vibe.

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our cider selection and menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system.
• Serve ciders and food efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, including tables, bar areas, and restrooms.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and answer questions about our offerings.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Familiarity with craft ciders or craft beverages.
• Experience with specific POS systems.
• A passion for retro aesthetics or classic entertainment.
• Basic knowledge of bowling alley operations.
